Zhejiang Association for International Exchange of Personnel (ZAIEP) is a non-governmental organization and the branch of China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), composed of individuals and the representatives of related departments and organizations enjoying in the international exchange of personnel in Zhejiang. With the support of Zhejiang Provincial Government and the guidance of CAIEP, it enjoys in conducting the introduction of foreign intellects, international exchange of technical and managing talents, developing and enriching the international personnel resources. ZAIEP registers itself with Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Civil Administration and gets the professional direction from Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Personnel (ZPBP) and Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts (ZPBF) as well.

ZAIEP, acting as the medium agency of the intellects in the international exchange of personnel, is mainly to deal with the introduction of the foreign experts to work in Zhejiang and dispatch the professional technical and managing staff abroad for further study. It also provides comprehensive services like policy consultation, talents assessment and training, entry-exit consultation, so on and so forth.
